LEAD WEEK
Sept. 15-19, 2025
Lead Week is a free opportunity for students and organizations to build leadership skills, connect through team-building and grow together. Cowboys Inspiring Change is a highlight of the week, serving as an initiative where groups can propose impactful projects for a chance to win $2,000 and leadership consultation to bring their idea to life.
Lead4Success
Feb. 21-22, 2026
The Hargis Leadership Institute has partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to offer “Lead4Success,” an internationally accredited 16-hour leadership program. This training focuses on four core skills — self-awareness, learning agility, influence and communication — through hands-on, real-world application. Participants will gain dual certification from CCL and OSU, a LinkedIn badge and the opportunity to become a certified L4S facilitator.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership peer-to-peer coaching is free and accessible to all students. It is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking for specific growth points in their college journey.
Leadership Development Series
The Leadership Development Series at OSU empowers students to recognize leadership in a variety of situations and experiences.
Through innovative seminars, simulations and workshops, students will develop an enhanced sense of personal and social responsibility to become involved in their community.
