The Hargis Leadership Institute has partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership to offer “Lead4Success,” an internationally accredited 16-hour leadership program. This training focuses on four core skills — self-awareness, learning agility, influence and communication — through hands-on, real-world application. Participants will gain dual certification from CCL and OSU, a LinkedIn badge and the opportunity to become a certified L4S facilitator.
TLX
The Leadership Experience
The Leadership Experience (TLX), hosted by the Oklahoma State University President’s Leadership Council, is a two-day leadership conference open to all high school juniors and seniors. TLX is dedicated to redefining what it means to be a leader through student-organized small groups and team-building activities, leadership workshops and speaker presentations.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership peer-to-peer coaching is free and accessible to all students. It is the perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking for specific growth points in their college journey.
Leadership Unfiltered
Leadership Unfiltered at OSU empowers students to recognize leadership in a variety of situations and experiences.
Through innovative seminars, simulations and workshops, students will develop an enhanced sense of personal and social responsibility to become involved in their community.
LEAD WEEK

Lead Week is a free opportunity for students and organizations to build leadership skills, connect through team-building and grow together. Cowboys Inspiring Change is a highlight of the week, serving as an initiative where groups can propose impactful projects for a chance to win the opportunity to bring their idea to life.

#LeadOrange redefines the way that we perceive and celebrate America’s brightest leaders at Oklahoma State University. Through storytelling, this campus-wide initiative highlights students, faculty and staff and celebrates dynamic groups of leaders on campus.
