WHAT IS LEAD WEEK?
OSU Lead Week is a campus-wide initiative taking place Sept. 8-11, 2026. Lead Week provides leadership development through workshops, networking, community engagement and fun activities. In collaboration with campus-wide partners, academic college’s student councils, and other campus departments, each day consists of free food, giveaways and tech prizes.

Earn a Lead Week Microcredential
Take your Lead Week experience beyond the event! Students who participate in OSU Lead Week have the opportunity to showcase their commitment to developing and applying essential leadership skills.
To earn the microcredential, students must:
- Attend a minimum of four Lead Week events
- Complete and submit a brief reflection for each of the four events attended through Lead Week Canvas page.
