President's Leadership Council
About PLC
President's Leadership Council is a competitive scholarship and leadership program for outstanding incoming students that teaches the importance of leadership and serving throughout life. A select group of students are chosen each year to be a part of the PLC class. The PLC scholarship includes:
- A cohort of up to 125 incoming first-year freshmen and transfer students
- $2,000 cash award for your first year ($1,000 per semester)
- PLC Retreat
- A first year leadership course credit
- Study abroad opportunity after first year
- Community service opportunities
- PLC alumni support and small group mentoring
How to Apply
First-Year Freshmen Students
2027-28 applications open Aug. 1, 2026 / Early opportunity deadline is Nov. 1, 2026
