Our mission
The Hargis Leadership Institute’s mission is to develop life-giving community leaders and further the field of leadership studies.
To reach this goal, the Institute provides both co-curricular and curricular programs
that help leaders develop their identity, relationships, and skills. The Oklahoma
State University Leadership Institute is committed to developing leaders in every
sector of society in order to create thriving communities that bring life to all.
