If you are an emerging leader who wants to take a day to invest in yourself and grow
as a leader, SUMMIT is the place for you. SUMMIT is a one-day leadership advancement
conference offered in collaboration between the Hargis Leadership Institute and Camp
Cowboy created to help emerging leaders in building community, enhance their skills,
and offer opportunities for personal discovery. Participants will engage in breakout
sessions led by student leader facilitators that cover topics that range from the
Enneagram, to the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership, to Love Languages. Check out the agenda below.

9:00-9:30 AM | Welcome and Opening Session
9:30-10:30 AM | Breakout Session 1 (Enneagram or 16 Personalities)
10:30-11:30 AM | Breakout Session 2 (True Colors or Values Audit)
11:30-12:30 PM | Large Group Workshop: Social and Personal Identity Session
12:30-1:15 PM | LUNCH
1:30-2:30 PM | Breakout Session 3 (Love Languages or Communication Styles)
2:30-3:30 PM | Breakout Session 4 (5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership or The Social Change Ecosystem)
3:30-4:30 PM | Large Group Workshop: Practicing Advocacy
4:30-5:00 PM | Closing and Dismissal
SUMMIT is FREE and accessible to all students. It is the perfect opportunity for individuals
wanting to grow their personal leadership development, student organizations who want
to engage in team builders, or exec teams who want to gain leadership skills/tools
to grow their organization.
