TLX is a two-day leadership conference hosted by OSU's President’s Leadership Council
that is open to all high school juniors and seniors! Formerly known as Conclave, TLX
is dedicated to redefining what it means to be a leader through student-organized
small groups and team-building activities, leadership workshops, and speaker presentations.
TLX is an unforgettable weekend of fun and community, where we explore what it means
to be a transformational leader and how one's identity ties in with the concept of
leadership. TLX is committed to providing access to high-quality leadership education
and development that equips young people with the leadership skills to reach their
highest potential for both college and individual success.

Our mission
TLX’s mission is to inspire students by changing their view of leadership from transactional
to transformational, and offering them a fun, exciting experience that is perennially
unforgettable and never imitated.
TLX is student-led and organized by the President’s Leadership Council student leaders
and facilitators. Each year an Executive Director and Committee is appointed to oversee
and develop all programming for the conference. The Executive Committee works to ensure
that each high school student leaves realizing their true leadership potential to
be a transformational leader dedicated to bring about social change.
