The Leadership Experience (TLX)
Empowerment
through innovation, leadership and opportunity.
TLX is a two-day leadership conference for high school juniors and seniors hosted by the OSU President’s Leadership Council. This student-led event features small groups, team-building activities, workshops and speakers designed to redefine what it means to be a leader.
It provides an unforgettable experience that connects identity to leadership and equips students with the skills to thrive in college and beyond.
Spring 2027 TLX is April 10-11, 2027. Registration opens Feb. 22, and closes March 23. We hope to see you there!
Our mission
We aim to inspire students by changing their view of leadership from transactional to transformational, offering them a fun, exciting experience that is perennially unforgettable and never imitated. The Executive Committee, appointed to oversee and develop all conference programming, works to ensure that each high school student leaves realizing their true leadership potential to intentionally bring about social change.
